I spoke and you heard the things I never said
I cried and you saw the tears I could not shed
I sobbed and you felt the pain within my shell
You beheld the grief that was my hell

You soothed away my hopeless dreams
And bathed my face in moonlight beams
You banish aches from deep inside
Hope and love are once more my guide
